YES! WE ARE OPEN AND SERVICING CAUTIOUSLY

As an essential service provider we here at max mechanical want to reach out to our customers to ensure them all of our team members are following CDC protocol safety measures, and yes! we will remain open for business with safety precautions such as gloves, shoe covers, drop cloths where applicable and PPE in place to serve the public.

CONTACT FREE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES
Our team has already been utilizing safety precautions since the 1st CDC recommendation and we check daily with our team to ensure everyone is healthy and symptom free, we instruct any employee that's felt any type of symptom to stay home, many of our techs have young children and were already practicing safe measures for their own sake already.

The reality is your HVAC equipment is in attics, the side of your homes, and on rooftops, and since the CDC is staying this is a contact virus and not airborne (unless in the presence of someone coughing) our team isn't exposing themselves or our valued customers, by servicing your equipment. So we can still provide essential services during this crises. We do ask to participate in social distancing with us during this time, lets skip the handshake for now and just greet verbally, and use 6 foot distancing. our work really requires very little personal interaction.

Additionally our techs can FaceTime or call you to interact with your service as well as call in with credit card payments upon completion if you prefer a no contact experience at all during this time. whatever makes you feel comfortable. Please contact our office for more information or to request a contact free experience, particularly if you're elderly or have conditions that may put you at greater risk.

WE WILL GET THRU THIS BY TAKING PRECAUTIONS TOGETHER
*We are continuing our scheduled services of residential and commercial installations and repairs as well as emergency needs in the community. PLEASE do inform our dispatch when requesting service if anyone in your home or business has been ill or possibly exposed so we can take precautionary safety measures for our team as well.

In addition to keeping your A/C and heating equipment running properly, now is a good time to consider some of our indoor air quality products, feel free to call or ask our technicians what we have to offer.
We will continue to closely monitor the latest announcements and guidelines from the cdc and local health officials and follow all precautions.

Regards,
Gary Singleton CEO.
