Crave and van used for commercial HVAC service and installation

Well today a certain major HVAC manufacturer gave us the run around. The rep on the phone kept saying one thing about a product and then saying something contradictory a minute later. It was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I don’t think we ever really did. So we had to figure the issue out on our own. Which is kind of a good thing since we learned more that way than by just taking a reps word for it. It was still a little frustrating because of course we like to know what we are dealing with when talking to our customers about our services.

We are still waiting on a conference call between a more technical person and a company rep to make sure the issue is resolved to our and our customers satisfaction. Because at the end of the day that’s all that matters…..happy customers.
